What is Lympid?
At Lympid we believe that ordinary people can do extraordinary things but, most of the time we are just too absorbed by our work, with no time and no financial freedom that lets us pursue what we are really passionate about.
That is why we are building the simplest and easiest way to put your money to work.
This product is made specifically for everyone, from tech savvy to your grandma, it really doesnt matter, we are opening the curtain, you just need to enter into the investment realm.
So, how does that work?
You create an account with us by undergoing a simple KYC process, when you finish that, you will have access to a range of services:
- Your very own dedicated IBAN account where you can deposit and withdraw Fiat.
- A multichain wallet where you can access DeFi products such as Alpaca Finance, Yearn vaults, Beefy Finance, Aave, Crypto baskets, and many more. Why should you care about these products? Because they will give you passive income while you sleep.
- Access to 1inch where you will be able to buy or sell tokens that can only be found on Decentralized Exchanges (without the hassles of gas or transaction approval).
....and where are the yields coming from?
- Unlike other companies that offer fixed yields, we show a variable yield. This happens because we show the yield that is given by the DeFi protocol. Lets take Aave as an example, if Aave lending market is offering 4% APY we will show 4% APY.
- Other yield generating platforms usually pool the funds of users together and enter into risky investment decisions with your money. Users have no idea of what risks these platforms are taking.
- Lympid on the other hand, does not pool the funds of users and does not undertake investment management activities, each user chooses which product he wants to invest, and we transmit the operation on chain, simple as that!
Where are my crypto funds stored?
- Crypto funds are under the custody of Fireblocks. Lympid creates wallets on your behalf so that you can access the different onchain products and services.
- By using this method we can assure that we can recover your account.
- Your crypto funds are segregated from the company’s funds at all times.
